CURRENTLY

Max was recently hired as the Area Head of Playwriting at Playwrights Horizons Theater School, an undergraduate drama studio at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

RECENTLY

Max’s play THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY HAUNTED received a staged reading at Vassar’s Powerhouse Theater in June of 2024. 

Max was in residence with New York Stage and Film, collaborating with Zoe Sarnak and Jennifer Jancuska on Bodies of Work Zoe Sarnak in July of 2024.

Max graduated with his MFA in Dramatic Writing from New York University in May of 2024!

Max directed a new entry in Salty Brine’s Living Record Collection – We’re Not Alone – to sold out houses at Joe’s Pub in March of 2024.
